Still Need Neurodiagnostic Technology Volunteers

Would you like to see your brain’s electrical activity? The Neurodiagnostic Technology Program still needs volunteers to serve as models for our current neurodiagnostic students.

More Information:

Volunteer for a Brain Wave Recording Session

The Neurodiagnostic Technology program is seeking volunteers to participate in upcoming brain wave recording sessions. These sessions provide hands-on training opportunities for students learning to record the brain’s electrical activity using a safe, noninvasive procedure. Volunteers will help students practice measuring and marking the scalp to place electrodes for an electroencephalogram (EEG).

Each session—including setup, recording and cleanup—takes approximately two hours.

Volunteer session dates:

  • Wednesday, May 21

  • Wednesday, May 28

Available time slots:

  • 8:30–10:30 AM

  • Noon–2:00 PM
