Are you interested in a career in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM)? STEM to Stern is now recruiting Bellevue College students for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Through a series of career exploration and preparation courses—STEM 101, STEM 102 and STEM 103—students will gain essential skills and build connections to support their academic and professional success. These courses offer the following opportunities:

Connect with STEM professionals and alumni to sustain enthusiasm for STEM fields

Develop “STEM Smarts” such as study techniques, note-taking strategies and time management

Practice professional skills needed to compete for jobs, internships and scholarships

Strategically plan a career path through guided reflection and research

Explore and connect with STEM opportunities on campus, in the Puget Sound region and nationwide
STEM to Stern also fulfills the First Year Seminar requirement.
