Employee Wellness Classes and Events Continue Through Spring Quarter

Bellevue College is offering a range of wellness classes for employees throughout the academic year, with opportunities to support both physical and mental well-being. All sessions are free of charge, and equipment will be provided. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.

Registration Required
Employees must complete a registration and consent form before attending in-person classes, with the exception of Mighty Morning Fitness.

Class Schedule

Yoga (Beginner)
11 a.m.–noon | Tuesdays and Thursdays, through June 17 | Room G110
Instructors: Meg Pearson, Kelly Butterworth, Lena Rosen, Rachel Lowe
Designed for those new to yoga, this class focuses on foundational poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation to promote flexibility and overall wellness.

Yoga (Intermediate)
1–2 p.m. | Wednesdays, through June 11 | Room G110
Instructor: Sally Smith
This class introduces more advanced techniques to build strength, balance, and deeper flexibility. Prior yoga experience is recommended.

Mighty Morning Fitness
7:30–8:30 a.m. | Wednesdays | Room G111
Instructor: Michelle McRae
No registration required. Start your day with a high-energy session combining cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement in a welcoming group environment.
