Beginning this summer, students must complete the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) before they can register for classes. This is a reminder to students to log into their ctcLink accounts to review the information and clear this hold.

Starting Summer 2025, Bellevue College requires all students to complete the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) before registering for classes. A Financial Agreement hold is currently on your account and will block your Summer and/or Fall registration if not resolved.
Registration opens Monday, May 12 for current students. Log into your ctcLink account as soon as possible to review and complete the SFRA.
