Mighty Morning Fitness

Start your day with a workout that will get your heart rate up and build strength. We will incorporate a mix of cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement exercises while enjoying the social boost of working out together.

Mighty Morning Fitness: Join the Mid-Quarter Wellness Boost

Jump-start your Wednesdays with Mighty Morning Fitness, a weekly workout combining cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement—plus the added benefit of community support.

Sessions run Wednesdays from 7:30–8:30 a.m., Apr. 16–Jun. 11, in the Fitness Center (G111). No registration is required—just drop in and add morning movement to your weekly routine.

All fitness levels are welcome. Participants will enjoy a variety of health benefits, including improved bone density, increased metabolism, muscle toning, heart health, and better posture and balance, all while supporting mental and emotional well-being.

Please complete an Assumption of Risk form at the Fitness Center upon your first visit.
