As May begins, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) continues to support the well-being of employees, their families and the broader workplace community. This month’s focus aligns with Mental Health Awareness Month, centering on emotional wellness, resilience and proactive mental health care.

What’s New This Month
In the spirit of intentional well-being, EAP is pausing Wellness Wednesdays and live webinars during May and instead offering a variety of on-demand sessions on topics such as:

  • EAP Orientation

  • Caring for older adults

  • March’s Wellness Wednesdays: Surviving change

  • And more

Confidential Counseling Services
EAP offers up to three free, confidential short-term counseling sessions per concern for employees and adult members of their households. Common topics include:

  • Mental wellness

  • Grief and loss

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Workplace issues
