The Health Sciences, Education, and Wellness Institute (HSEWI) division is hosting an open house from 6:30-8:30 PM on Thursday, April 24, and from 11 AM to 2 PM on Friday, April 25, throughout the T building. We would appreciate any volunteer help. Any support you offer makes a difference.
Listed below are specific areas where volunteers are needed. Please email event volunteer coordinator Erich Hilkert if you are interested in volunteering as well as if one of the areas below is of particular interest.
Volunteers at HSEWI Open House:
- Set-up: Volunteers will prepare the event for presenters and attendees.
- Welcome: Help attendees feel welcome, assist them in finding areas of interest, and help them find refreshments and snacks.
- Wayfinding: During the event, assist attendees in finding the programs and student services of interest.
- Clean-up: Because the event will continue from Thursday to Friday, most of the clean-up help needed is at the conclusion of the event Friday afternoon.
