Celebrate Earth Month: Make Waves and Amplify Your Voice
April 1–30
Join the Office of Sustainability in celebrating the 26th annual Earth Month at Bellevue College—a monthlong celebration of our planet, environmental stewardship, and climate action. This year’s theme, Make Waves: Amplify Your Voice, encourages our campus community to speak up on pressing environmental and sociopolitical issues.
Throughout April, enjoy a full schedule of speakers, workshops, film screenings, giveaways, stewardship events, an Earth Market, and more.

Habitat Restoration
Tuesday, April 8 | 1:30–2:30 PM | E Building (Theater)
Connect with nature and help keep our campus ecosystem healthy by removing invasive plants.

Tree Giveaway
Wednesday, April 9 | 11 AM–1 PM | C Courtyard
Take home a free tree from local nonprofit 300 Trees. Trees are available for Bellevue College students, faculty, and staff. Varieties include California lilac, Cascara, Mountain Hemlock, Pacific Wax Myrtle, and Crabapple. One tree per person, to be planted outdoors.

Seed Planting Station
Wednesday, April 9 | 11 AM–1 PM | C Courtyard
Start your garden with a wide variety of seeds! Stop by to plant seeds in a small pot and take them home.
E-Waste Collection
April 1–30 | C Building, Student Union
Recycle old or unwanted personal electronics with PCs for People Seattle. Devices will be securely wiped and refurbished for donation.
