Strengthen your ability to navigate workplace challenges with this interactive training designed to improve conflict management, collaboration, and handling difficult conversations. More than 110 Bellevue College employees have completed this training—join your colleagues in developing the skills for productive and meaningful dialogue.

Warda Zaman, Director of Talent and Organization Development
Warda is licensed to teach Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue and Crucial Conversations for Accountability. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a certified Executive Coach from the Center of Executive Coaching.
