As we enter February, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is sharing resources to support employee, family, and workplace well-being. This month’s focus is on kindness and connection, with tools for self-care and supporting others.

Short-Term Counseling Services

EAP offers free, confidential short-term counseling for employees and household adults. Topics include:

  • Workplace concerns
  • Grief and loss
  • Addiction and recovery
  • Mental wellness and more

Employees may access up to three sessions per concern, with opportunities to revisit concerns throughout the year.
