This course covers essential topics such as conflict management, effective collaboration, and handling negativity. Over 110 Bellevue College employees have completed this training—join your peers in developing the skills for productive dialogue.

Note: Each session builds on the previous one. Please register only if you can attend all three sessions and have supervisor approval.

  2. Master My Stories I & II – Understand and manage emotions that impact discussions.
  3. Start With Heart – Stay focused on your true objectives.
  4. State My Path – Communicate honestly and respectfully.
  5. Make It Safe – Rebuild trust when defensiveness arises.
  6. Seek Mutual Purpose – Find common ground in conflicts.
  7. Learn to Look – Recognize when dialogue is breaking down.
  8. Explore Others’ Paths – Listen actively and respond productively.
  9. Move to Action – Transition from dialogue to action.

Warda is licensed to teach Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue and Crucial Conversations for Accountability. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a certified Executive Coach from the Center of Executive Coaching.
