Short-Term Counseling Services
EAP provides free, confidential short-term counseling for employees and household adults on topics such as:
- Workplace concerns
- Grief and loss
- Addiction and recovery
- Mental wellness and more
Employees may access up to three sessions per concern, with opportunities to revisit concerns throughout the year.
