As we begin 2025, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offering a variety of resources to support employee, family, and workplace well-being. This month, EAP is highlighting the following programs and services:
Upcoming EAP Events and Webinars
Visit the EAP events and webinars page to learn more about their expanded live offerings, including:
  • “Wellness Wednesdays” Live Series: Returning every Wednesday at noon. January’s theme is “Mindful Momentum: Building Wellness in 2025.”
  • Live Webinars:
    • Creating a Culture of Psychological Safety
    • Leading Change and Understanding Its Impact on Employees
  • Seasonal Resources: Tools and support for navigating the post-holiday season and starting the new year on a positive note.
Short-Term Counseling Services
EAP provides free, confidential short-term counseling services for employees and household adults. Counseling topics include:
  • Workplace concerns
  • Grief and loss
  • Addiction and recovery
  • Mental wellness and more
Employees may access up to three sessions per concern, with opportunities to revisit concerns throughout the year.
