Employee Wellness Classes and Open Gym Schedule
BC is offering a variety of wellness classes for employees throughout the academic year. Sessions include meditation, yoga, tai chi, and open gym hours. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and any necessary equipment will be provided.
Class Schedule:
- Meditation
Mondays, 12:30–1:30 p.m. | Room T119
Sept. 23–June 16 - Yoga (Beginner)
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m.–12 p.m. | Room G110
Begins Sept. 3 - Tai Chi
Wednesdays, 12:30–1:30 p.m. | Room T119
Sept. 25–June 18 - Yoga (Intermediate)
Wednesdays, 1–2 p.m. | Room G110
Begins Sept. 4 - Open Gym
Fridays, 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. | Gym G160
Available starting the first week of the quarter.
