This November, Bellevue College’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers a wealth of resources designed to support you and your family’s well-being during the election season and as we enter the holiday months. Here’s what’s available:

Election Season Support

Election season can bring heightened emotions and stress. EAP provides targeted resources to help you manage these times with balance and resilience.

Wellness Wednesdays: “Healthy Holidays” Series

November’s Wellness Wednesdays focus on staying balanced during the holiday season. From maintaining well-being to managing social and family commitments, the series offers practical tips to keep you grounded. Sessions are held every Wednesday at noon—join live and get ready for a healthier holiday season! Register here.

Accessing Additional EAP Resources

EAP also offers short-term counseling services for employees and household adults, covering topics like:

  • Workplace concerns
  • Grief and loss
  • Addiction and recovery
  • Mental wellness and more

Each concern can be addressed through up to three sessions and can be revisited throughout the year. For access, log in to the Work/Life website using the code “BC” or contact EAP directly at 1-877-313-4455.
