Mindful Movement & Mobility Sessions for Faculty and Staff

Boost your body and mood with a rotating variety of fluid stretches, mindful movement, workplace posture tips, and stress reduction techniques. These sessions are designed to help you feel better throughout your day!

  • When: Tuesdays, 12:30 – 1:00 p.m., from Sept. 24 – Dec. 10
  • Where: Fitness Center (G111)
  • Who: Open to BC faculty and staff
  • Cost: No registration required, and it’s free!

Opt-in for screen-free afternoons and enjoy the benefits of movement. Please complete an Assumption of Risk form the first time you attend.
