Kickstart your day with Mighty Morning Fitness! Each session combines cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement exercises, all while enjoying the social boost of working out together. Expect to raise your heart rate, build strength, and start your morning on a positive note.
When: Wednesdays, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m., Sept. 25 – Dec. 11
Where: Fitness Center (G111)
No registration is necessary—just show up and add morning fitness to your routine! Please complete an Assumption of Risk form at the Fitness Center the first time you attend.
