Employee Wellness Classes – Sign Up Today!

Join us for a variety of wellness classes designed to help you relax, stay active, and improve your well-being. Whether you’re interested in meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, or just getting some gym time, there’s something for everyone. All equipment will be provided, and we recommend wearing comfortable clothes to each session.

Schedule:

  • Meditation: Mondays, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. in T119 (Sept. 23 – June 16)
  • Yoga (Beginner): Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. – 12 noon in G110 (Starts Sept. 3)
  • Tai Chi: Wednesdays, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. in T119 (Sept. 25 – June 18)
  • Yoga (Intermediate): Wednesdays, 1 – 2 p.m. in G110 (Starts Sept. 4)
  • Open Gym: Fridays, 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. in Gym, G160 (Starts the first week of the quarter)
