Get ready to enhance your well-being with our Employee Wellness Program! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, there’s something for everyone. Please wear comfortable clothing for all classes; equipment will be provided if necessary.

Class Schedule:

  • Meditation
    Mondays, 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. in T119
    September 23 – June 16
  • Yoga (Beginner)
    Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. – 12 noon in G110
    Starts September 3
  • Tai Chi
    Wednesdays, 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. in T119
    September 25 – June 18
  • Yoga (Intermediate)
    Wednesdays, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. in G110
    Starts September 4
  • Open Gym
    Fridays, 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. in Gym, G160
    Starts the first week of the quarter
