Access to meditation, Tai Chi, yoga, or Bellevue College’s open gym is available for employees’ wellness this summer and beyond. Please wear comfortable clothes for all classes. Equipment, if needed, will be provided.
Schedule:
- Meditation: Mondays, 12:30-1:30 p.m. in T-119 (Sept. 23 to June 16)
- Yoga (beginner): Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. to noon in G-110 (Starts Sept. 3)
- Tai Chi: Wednesdays, 12:30-1:30 p.m. in T-119 (Sept. 25 to June 18)
- Yoga (intermediate): Wednesdays, 1-2 p.m. in G-110 (Starts Sept. 4)
- Open Gym: Fridays, 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. in Gym, G-160
