As we enter August, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers resources to support the well-being of employees, their families, and workplaces.
This Month’s Featured Resources
  • EAP Events and Webinars: Explore the latest EAP events and webinars, including expanded live offerings. The “Wellness Wednesdays” series continues every Wednesday at noon through September. August’s theme is “Unlocking Your Potential: A Journey to Purpose and Productivity.”
  • Back-to-School Resources: EAP provides tools to support the back-to-school season for parents, caregivers, educators, school staff, workplace leaders, employers, and students.
  • Work/Life Resources: Visit the Work/Life website for resources on how to acknowledge and appreciate others at work and home. To access, enter the organization code “BC” and click “Login.”
Additional Resources
EAP offers short-term, solution-focused counseling services that are easily accessible. Benefits include up to three sessions per concern, covering all household adults, with the ability to access multiple times yearly for new concerns. Services address:
  • Workplace issues
  • Grief and loss
  • Interpersonal conflicts
  • Addiction and recovery
  • Anxiety, depression, or trauma
  • Stress management
  • Mental wellness
  • Parenting or eldercare support
