Come start your Wednesdays with a fun workout at the Fitness Center. Each workout will incorporate a mix of cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement exercises while enjoying the social boost of working out together.

Kickstart your day with a mix of cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement exercises while enjoying the camaraderie of group workouts. These sessions are designed to get your heart rate up, build strength, and provide a great start to your day.
When: Wednesdays, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. (July 3 – Aug. 7)
Where: Fitness Center
