Join us for a refreshing and invigorating start to your day with Mighty Morning Fitness! Each workout session will feature a mix of cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement exercises, all while enjoying the social boost of working out together. Expect to get your heart rate up, build strength, and start your day off right.
Schedule:
- When: Wednesdays, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. (July 3 – Aug. 7)
- Where: Fitness Center
No registration is necessary—drop in whenever you’re able. Add morning fitness to your routine and start your day with energy!
