Please wear comfortable clothes for all classes. Equipment, if needed, will be provided.

Schedule:

Meditation: Mondays, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in A265 (April 8 to June 10)
Tai Chi: Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in A265 (April 10 to June 12)
Yoga (Intermediate): Wednesdays, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. in A265
