As the quarter draws to a close, it’s not too late to join these exciting fitness workshops! Mighty Morning Fitness and NoonFit are perfect opportunities to get your body moving, regardless of your experience level.

Mighty Morning Fitness
  • When: Wednesdays, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. (Apr. 3 – Jun. 12)
  • Where: Fitness Center (G111)
  • Details: Start your day with a mix of cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement exercises while enjoying the social boost of working out together.

NoonFit: Flex, Function & Form
  • When: Mondays, 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. and Wednesdays, 12:00 – 12:30 p.m. (Apr. 3 – Jun. 17)
  • Where: Fitness Center (G111)
  • Details: Join in for a rotating variety of fluid stretches, mindful movement and mobility, workplace posture, and stress reduction exercises.

No registration is necessary for either of these workshops, so come whenever you can!
