Schedule:
Noonfit: Flex, Function and form: Mondays, 12:00 noon – 12:30 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. (April 3 to June 17) in the Fitness Center (G111)
Meditation: Mondays, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in A265 (April 8 to June 10)
Yoga (Beginner): Tuesdays, 11 a.m. – 12 noon in G110 (April 16 – May 21)
Mighty Morning Fitness: Wednesdays, 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. (April 3 to June 11) in the Fitness Center (G111)
Tai Chi: Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in A265 (April 10 to June 12)
Yoga (Intermediate): Wednesdays, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. in A265 (ongoing)
Open Gym: Fridays, 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. in Gym, G160
