Putting on Your Oxygen Mask: Breathwork for Challenging Times

Breathwork is grounded in centuries of cultural and spiritual practice, yet its efficacy is supported by contemporary medical research, and it is easy enough to learn in just minutes! Participants will leave with breathwork exercises they can immediately put into practice, tips for implementing breathwork in the classroom, and knowledge about the history and efficacy of intentional breathing practices.
