Student organization leaders and on campus department representatives are invited to sign up to table at the Winter 2024 Get Involved @ BC Day Tabling Fair on Wed, January 10 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the C building Cafeteria. We’d love to have as many student organizations, extra/co-curricular groups, and departments participate who are available at that time. Please note, this tabling fair is just for on campus resources. A table and 2 chairs will be provided. When you arrive to set up on the day of, feel free to take any open table. Set up for tablers is between 10:30-11 a.m.
By signing up to participate, your group is committing to actively participate so you can meet with prospective members wanting to know more about what you offer and how to join. Deadline to sign up to participate is 12 p.n. on Sunday, Jan. 7, 2024.
Photo request: Our student web team would like to take photos at the fair for records and social media. If you’re comfortable with getting your picture taken, please submit a BC image release form before the event date.
