Join Us Tomorrow for Breathwork, Meditation and More

RSVP to attend tomorrow, Thursday, Jan. 4 at BC Residence Hall First Floor public space. Led by Breathe Easy BC and Counseling staff.

Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to join student Kate Goldstein of Breathe Easy BC (Truth Initiative grant student leader) and Sr. Associate Counselor Yu-ting Su from BC Counseling Center, who will lead the meditation and breathwork. Student Amy El-Saadoun of Breathe Easy BC will share information, games, quit kits, and swag promoting smoking, vaping, and tobacco cessation. Inspirational bracelet-making available throughout the event.

Meditation and breathwork can improve health, lower stress, and increase circulation. Start the New Year with a resolution of care. RSVP – space is limited. Lunch provided 1:30 p.m.
