Gratitude: A Liberatory Practice Workshop, Thursday

Join the Social Justice Center on Thursday, Nov. 9 for a workshop: Gratitude: A Liberatory Practice.

More Information:

The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’s Social Justice Center offers a year-long workshop series facilitated by Minna Kim. Each workshop is designed through the lens of decolonial praxis towards our co-liberation through wellness practices.

This month’s workshop session title is Gratitude: A Liberatory Practice. As Unthanksgiving Day, or a National Day of Mourning, intentionally coincides with Thanksgiving Day, this workshop will invite participants to reframe the season of giving thanks to one that acknowledges the violent origin of this day while also reframing the practice of gratitude for our co-liberation.
