Pound Rock-out Workout—New Sessions Added for May

Pound Rock-out Workout is a music-driven, drumming-inspired workout. Drumsticks provided along with high-energy music and step-by-step instructions for a great workout. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to sign-up for one of our workout sessions in May.

When: Wednesday, May 17

Two sessions offered. Registration required. (Please only sign-up for one session. There is a limit of 15 people per session)

Session 1: 11:30 a.m-12:20 p.m.
Session 2: 12:30 p.m.-1:20 p.m.

Where: G-Building, Room: G-110

Faculty, staff, and students are welcome to sign-up.
