Earth Market and Tabling Event Today, April 18

Stop by the cafeteria (new location due to prediction of bad weather) and visit the Earth Market and Tabling Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, April 18. There will be dozens of organizations and vendors there plus produce box sales and giveaways!

Stop by the Cafeteria/Student Union in the C Building today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the EARTH MARKET AND TABLING EVENT!

Things to look forward to there:
– CSA Produce Box Sales: $20 for 10 different types of organic fruits and veggies from local farmers! Credit cards only please.
– Local businesses selling honey, baked goods, flowers, soaps and body products, vinegars and oils, dog treats, and more!
-Organizations from Bellevue, King County, and beyond, including: Citizens Climate Lobby, El Centro de la Raza, Environment Washington, Issaquah Fish Hatchery, People for Climate Action, Puget Sound Mycological Society, Spark Northwest, Washington Wild, and Zero Waste Washington. Learn about the work they do and how to get involved!
– Plant Start Giveaway – Start your garden with plant starts harvested from seeds right here on campus by BC’s Grounds Crew. Choose from ninebark, Casa Blanca white oriental lilies, and red raspberry seedlings. Plants are first, come first served!
– Free trees to take home and plant. Limited quantities so don’t delay!
– Plant your own seeds to take home and watch them grow.
