Pound Rock-Out Workout Sessions on April 26

Faculty, Staff, and Students are invited to sign-up for one of our workout sessions.

What: Pound Rock-out Workout is a music-driven, drumming-inspired workout. Drumsticks provided along with high-energy music and step-by-step instructions for a great workout.

When: Wednesday, April 26.

Two sessions offered. (Please only sign-up for one session. There is a limit of 15 per session)

Session 1: 10:30-11:20 a.m.
Session 2: 11:30 a.m.-12:20 p.m.

Where: G-Building, Room: G-110
