Managing Stress with Mindful Breath for Students

Students are invited to attend one of our sessions on managing stress with mindful breath in preparation for finals.

Students are invited to learn ways to manage stress through breathing techniques and mindfulness to help prepare for final’s week.

There will be two sessions on Wednesday, Nov. 30:
12:30-1:00 p.m.
1-1:30 p.m.

The event will be located under the canopy tents at the outdoor wellness center challenge course located between the L-building and G-Building. Warm beverages to be provided.

Students are encouraged to register.
