Drop in to the Library (D126) between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 25. A BC counselor will be available to discuss ways to manage stress. Mindfulness activities and books you can borrow will also be available.

Mindful coloring
Journaling
Creating bracelets or other items

A BC counselor will be available to lead you through a mindfulness exercise and/or explore other ways that you can manage stress.
