BC students can now join the Latinx student club (LSC) as they are recruiting club members and leadership positions. The first official club meeting will be taking place this Thursday, Oct. 20.

BC students can now join the Latinx student club (LSC) as they are recruiting club members. LSC intends to develop a better understanding of Latino Cultures at BC by fostering leadership, offering assistance, and promoting support for success of all students, while promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and tolerance.
Students who become club members can expect to create community, foster leadership skills, and plan events/community building activities. Along with recruiting club members, LSC also have three leadership positions open: Vice president, Treasurer, and marketing manager.
The first official club meeting will be taking place this Thursday, Oct. 20; the meeting will be held in the C-building room C103 form 10-11:30 a.m. During this meeting students can expect to:
• Meet fellow students who are interested in joining this community
• Discuss upcoming events/ event ideas
• Learn more about the possibility of traveling opportunities to attend in person conferences around the country.
