Umoja Scholars Program is accepting applications for the 2022-2023 cohort.

Umoja Scholars Program is accepting applications for the 2022-2023 academic year. Umoja Scholars is a cohort program that provides a supportive learning community as well as critical resources dedicated to enhancing the cultural and educational experiences of Black, African American, and other students.

• Academic advising to create an academic road map to achieve your goals
• Dedicated instructors with culturally relevant teaching practices
• Assistance with university transfer process
• Access to mental health counseling
• Mentoring opportunities
• Cultural events and activities

Umoja Scholars enroll in at least one Umoja-designated course per quarter and participate in Umoja events throughout the academic year.
