As the school year winds down let’s take a few moments to just focus on ourselves as professionals and do some basic self-care. We will start with a guided meditation and then move on to “how to interrupt negative thought patterns” with positive affirmations.
We will also talk about how to become “non-reactive” to negative triggers and how to see the big picture and let go of what is no longer serving you. See you this Thursday at 12 p.m.
