The mid-cycle exit meeting is an open meeting at the conclusion of the virtual site visit. The NWCCU evaluation team is expected to briefly share findings from their various meetings the previous day and our mid-cycle evaluation report.
More Information:
In the third year of our 7-year accreditation cycle, we take part in a mid-cycle evaluation in which we submit a report (available here) describing our progress and efforts on mission fulfillment, student achievement, and programmatic assessment, and speak to our plans moving forward.
Additionally, we provide brief updates on our progress addressing recommendations from our last full review. This report is followed by a brief site visit (occurring virtually this year) by a team of evaluators to confirm their interpretations of the report and learn more about the college through a series of meetings with specific groups on campus related to the topic areas.
At the conclusion of these meetings is an “exit meeting” in which the evaluators are expected to provide a brief summary of their findings and what they’ve learned. This exit meeting is open to the entire campus community. The results of the visit will eventually be provided to the college in written form as well.
You can access this meeting via Zoom or by phone 253-215-8782.
