Why get involved? BCG is a participatory governance structure designed to recommend meaningful, college-wide changes. It is designed to increase communication, collaboration, and teamwork across constituency and functional areas of BC.
BCG is also a great way to advocate for groups and great ideas, and it gives participants a voice in the governance process. All BC faculty, staff, and students and employees are welcome.
The BCG elections will be held April 21—May 3 via an emailed survey. Results will be announced by May 5.
BCG is made up of a College Assembly and eight councils that offer recommendations to college leadership. All BC employees are eligible to serve on a governance council. More information is available on the BC website and on the BCG SharePoint site (login required).
Questions about nominations or elections can also be directed to Lori Keller, Governance Coordinator at governance@bellevuecollege.edu.
