Please fill out every section with careful thought, so your Secret Pal will know what you would like to get and what to avoid giving you. Remember that we'll be giving gifts beginning the week of July 6. Please give your secret pal at least three gifts during the quarter. The fourth gift will be given at the Secret Pal Reveal on Thursday, August 13. The Reveal gift should be a little nicer than the three previous gifts. Spend between $2 to $5 on the first three gifts. Please give as much information as possible - be very descriptive. After submitting this form, you will receive your secret pal in your mailbox (if you have no mailbox, it will be placed on your desk) on Wednesday, July 1. Remember, the whole point is to keep your "Secret Pal" secret. Do the best you can to make him/her feel appreciated and special.
