a provision of the Higher Education Act that provides access to federal and state financial aid resources for students without a high school credential.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use this form to request a review of your eligibility for ATB at Bellevue College.&nbsp; Read the information and visit the links provided to better understand ATB and how to qualify, then complete the questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Qualify:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the ATB provision, otherwise-eligible students who do not have a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent may qualify for federal financial aid if they:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in a Title-IV-eligible career pathway program (<a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.bellevuecollege.edu\/content.php?catoid=15&amp;navoid=1041\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">professional\/technical degree or certificate<\/a>):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>AND meet one of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Successfully complete six hours of <a>college<\/a>&nbsp;credit, OR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-enroll in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/bats\/highschoolplus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">High School+&nbsp;<\/a>and an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/bats\/i-best\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">I-BEST program<\/a>, OR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pass an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fsapartners.ed.gov\/knowledge-center\/library\/electronic-announcements\/2015-06-24\/general-subject-approved-ability-benefit-atb-tests\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
