Summer 2025 – Nelnet Payment Plan Intent Form

Due to a scheduled system upgrade with Nelnet Campus Commerce, Nelnet payment plans will be unavailable from May to June 2025. Enrollment in the payment plan for the upcoming terms is scheduled to begin on or after June 30, 2025.

During this outage, you can submit this form to notify us of your intent to participate in the Nelnet Payment Plan. After your enrollment and eligibility are verified, your classes will be protected from being dropped through June 29, 2025.
