Tuition Waivers must be completed for each quarter that you are enrolled. Waivers may not be requested for future quarters.

IMPORTANT: If you were sent to this program by L&I, or if you have an L&I caseworker, do not fill out this waiver form. If your L&I caseworker approves your classes or program, L&I will pay your tuition.

Parking Permit – SUMMER QUARTER ONLY (may NOT be requested after July 28, 2026)

Students registered in classes who qualify for a Tuition Waiver also qualify for a Parking Permit Waiver. You must ask for the parking waiver. It is not automatic. Parking permits can only be requested for the current quarter. For Summer Quarter, the deadline to request a parking permit waiver is July 28, 2026. Requests sent after this date will not be approved.
