Students need to have a Bellevue College profile in ctcLink. To create this profile you must complete and submit an application specifically to Bellevue College, even if you already have a ctcLink ID from another college.

Application Required

In order to post your CTE Dual Credit, you need to have a Bellevue College profile in ctcLink. Therefore, you must go to apply.ctc.edu to complete and submit an application. If you are not planning to enroll at Bellevue College for a degree or certificate and only want to obtain your CTE Dual Credit, please select the Non-Award Seeking program when you are completing the application. Please allow 2-3 business days for application processing.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive a Welcome email that will contain your Bellevue College issued ctcLink ID. Once you receive that email, then you can return to complete this form.
