Senior Waiver Request Form :: Student Central Forms

Please note that for Spring 2025, waiver registration will begin on Monday, April 7th and not Friday, April 4th. If you enroll in classes on Friday April 4th, you will be responsible for the full tuition and fees for those classes.
Seniors over the age of 60 may register on a space-available basis after 8 am on the business day before the quarter starts. Once you have registered, please fill out and submit this form to receive the waiver.
