What Happens After You Submit

Submitting this form does not immediately enroll you in the courses. Here is what happens next:

  1. Your registration will initiate a stipend pre-approval for Phase 2 through the college’s administrative system. If you have already registered for another Phase 2 course, this step has already been completed and will be skipped.
  2. This process can take up to 7 business days, though scheduling factors may extend that timeline.
  3. Once pre-approval is complete, you will receive a notification confirming your enrollment in the Phase 2 courses along with your official start date and completion deadline.

Please do not attempt to begin coursework until you receive your enrollment confirmation.

Upon successful completion of all Phase 2 courses within your one-year window, you will receive a $800 stipendNote: Stipend eligibility varies for some employee classifications. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact oeta@bellevuecollege.edu before submitting this form.
