MCS Mentoring Program (Mentee Application)

Enrich your college experience with a mentor. A mentor may be able to help you be more successful in college and in achieving your goals. Research shows that students who have mentors have higher GPA’s and are more likely to graduate ”on time” and transfer to a university or attain gainful employment.

I agree to the mentorship participation policy and procedures.
I agree to participate in the Multicultural Services’ mentoring program and to adhere to the program guidelines. I give my permission for my mentor to contact me via phone and email. I also give my permission to the BC office (MCS) managing the program to periodically review my academic progress at BC. I understand that this is not a contract and that I may stop the mentoring relationship at any time.
