Permission Codes

Students who are not admitted into a bachelor’s program may still seek entry into a upper division course (may take up to 10 credits total prior to admission), however priority is given to current students enrolled in the bachelor programs. Non-BAS students should not fill out a permission code request form until two weeks prior to the start of the quarter.

Form checklist

  • Students will be required to upload unofficial transcripts to verify prerequisites of transfer courses
  • Permission codes do not override waitlists and do not guarantee a seat in the class. Once received students should use the code to register right away or they may find themselves on the waitlist
  • Students who do not pay tuition on time may be dropped from the course and lose their seat to someone on the waitlist. Review important tuition deadlines online.
