Late Registration Permission Code Requests

Students who are requesting late entry into a class will need a permission code to register. Instructor permission is required prior to filling out this form. Students should refer to the academic calendar for registration deadlines.

Form checklist

  • Instructor permission is required prior to filling out this form
  • Students will be required to upload unofficial transcripts to verify prerequisites of transfer courses
  • Permission codes do not override waitlists. Once received students should use the code to register right away or they may find themselves on the waitlist
  • Students who do not pay tuition on time may be dropped from the course and lose their seat to someone on the waitlist. Review important tuition deadlines online.
